Convenience store pickup is not available.Orders will be shipped within 4–7 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery via Yamato usually takes an additional 1–2 business days, depending on the driver’s route and delivery schedule.Deliveries are made Monday through Friday only (no delivery on weekends or public holidays).
During peak seasons or national holidays, and under unforeseen circumstances such as severe weather or natural disasters, shipments may be delayed.
In cases of long holidays (e.g., Lunar New Year) or company events, separate announcements regarding shipping schedules will be made in advance.
